Shipping and Delivery Information

Delivery charge is free for order at or above Rs. 385.

The easiest way to track your order is visit order tracking page. Enter the required details such as order id and email address to get complete details of your order status.

In such a situation, you have to email us at my@realmatcha.in with some basic details like your order id, and some clear pictures of the product in case if you received the damaged product. Then we will review the issue with our courier partner and try to find out the exact reason of the issue. If we find that you are eligible for compensation, we will immediately send another item free of charge.

If you are not at home when your order is delivered, just email us at help@realmatcha.in and we will schedule the future delivery. When you available at home.

Our Courier partner normally takes 3-6 working days for PAN India delivery. But it may vary with circumstances such as natural disaster, incomplete address and wrong contact number.

Very simple. Just order normally and fill the shipping address where you want to send this gift, also you can give special instruction to our packaging team by filling order notes at the time of checkout.

Orders and Returns

No, You don’t need an account for placing an order. You could place an order as a guest but we recommend you to create an account to save your order details and loyalty points. And also you do not need to fill shipping details again and again for placing an order.

Yes, But you have to share the reason for the return. We ask the reason for just improving our product and service quality.

Very simple, Just select the COD as a payment choice.

You can cancel your order any time before dispatch. But after dispatch, we could not accept the cancellation request. If you don’t need the product, you can simply refuse the delivery and we will refund your money as the item is returned.

If you don’t like our Matcha Green Tea for any reason. Please write to us at help@realmatcha.in and we will arrange the return and initiate the refund of your order.
